By signing this authorization agreement, you, the client, hereby grant permission to OKC Mobile Auto Repair & Battery Replacement Service LLC to perform automotive repairs on your vehicle. This agreement ensures that both parties understand the scope of the work to be completed and the responsibilities of each party involved.

II. Scope of Work

OKC Mobile Auto Repair & Battery Replacement Service LLC is authorized to inspect, diagnose, and repair the vehicle as necessary to address the issues reported by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, mechanical repairs, electrical diagnostics, and maintenance services. Any additional repairs identified during the service will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding.

III. Client Responsibilities

1. Accurate Information: The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle and its condition. Any previous repairs or modifications should be disclosed to avoid potential complications.
2. Vehicle Accessibility: The client agrees to make the vehicle accessible for inspection and repair. This includes providing necessary keys and any relevant security codes.
3. Approval of Additional Repairs: The client agrees to promptly respond to any communications regarding additional repairs or services required beyond the initial scope of work.

IV. Payment Terms

The client agrees to pay the total amount due for the authorized repairs upon completion of the work. An itemized invoice detailing the parts, labor, and any additional charges will be provided. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods as agreed upon.

V. Liability and Warranty

OKC Mobile Auto Repair & Battery Replacement Service LLC performs all repairs with the utmost care and professionalism. We stand by our work and offer a specific warranty, which covers labor and installation errors for a period of 90 days. Please note, our warranty does not cover parts or issues arising from external causes beyond the control of our installation services. Additionally, we are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or issues not disclosed by the client at the time of service.

VI. Authorization

By submitting this form, the client authorizes OKC Mobile Auto Repair & Battery Replacement Service LLC to commence the necessary repairs on the vehicle and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
