   This fee includes:
    

   • Battery Replacement: Removal of your old battery and installation of a new one, which you can either provide or we can procure for you (battery cost not included in the service fee).

   • Battery Terminal Cleaning: We clean the battery terminals to ensure a good connection and prevent power issues.

   • Cable Inspection: Checking the battery cables for wear and applying dielectric grease to prevent future corrosion.

   • Free Alternator Health Check: We perform an alternator health check to ensure it is charging the battery properly and functioning correctly.
      

   For service requests outside the immediate Oklahoma City area, additional fuel charges will apply depending on the distance traveled.
    

2. Same-Day Battery Service: For urgent needs, we offer a same-day battery service, ensuring that we can get to you as quickly as one hour from your booking, depending on your location and our technician availability. This premium service is designed for those who need immediate assistance and prioritizes your call above standard bookings.
    

3. Service Definition: This service is specifically a battery replacement service. It is not intended as a diagnostic service for unidentified vehicle issues. If you are unsure whether the battery is the cause of your vehicle’s problems, please seek a full diagnostic service elsewhere before booking. Our service is designed to replace and maintain batteries, not to diagnose or repair other vehicle malfunctions.
    

4. Battery Warranty and Sales Policy: The battery replacement service comes with a 90-day warranty, covering any faults directly related to our service. Please note that all sales are final.
    

5. Environmentally Responsible: We take environmental responsibility seriously. All old batteries are properly recycled, adhering to environmental standards to ensure safe and responsible disposal.
    

6. Service Commitment and Payment: Even if the battery replacement does not resolve your vehicle's issue, you are still responsible for paying the cost of the appointment. If the issue requires further diagnostic work or additional services, these will be charged separately.
