Warranty Inspection Terms
Warranty Coverage
OKC Mobile Auto provides a 90-day warranty on all services performed. This warranty covers defects or failures directly related to our installation or workmanship.
Inspection Fee
A $99 inspection fee is required to file a warranty claim. Our technician will visit your location to inspect the reported issue and determine the cause.
Refund Policy
If the inspection confirms the issue was caused by our installation or workmanship, the $99 inspection fee will be fully refunded and the necessary repair will be completed at no additional charge.
Non-Warranty Issues
If the inspection determines the issue is not related to our original service (e.g., a separate mechanical failure, wear and tear, or customer-caused damage), the $99 fee is non-refundable. Additional repairs may be quoted separately.
Scheduling
Warranty inspections must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Your requested date and time are subject to approval and confirmation by our team.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled inspection incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Dispute Policy
All payment disputes must be resolved directly with our management team. Filing a card dispute will result in a mechanic's lien and a $1,500 dispute fee per our service agreement.
