90-Day Installation Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on all installation services performed by our skilled technicians. This warranty is aimed exclusively at covering potential discrepancies in the installation process.

 

What Does the Warranty Cover?

  • Labor and Installation Errors: If any issues arise from improper installation by our technicians, we will rectify the problem at no additional cost to you within the 90-day period.

  • Service Integrity: This warranty supports our commitment to high-quality, reliable service delivery, ensuring that the work done on your vehicle meets our rigorous standards.

 

Limitations of Warranty

  • Parts Are Not Covered: The warranty does not extend to parts themselves, as these can fail due to manufacturing defects or normal wear and tear, which are beyond our control.

  • Post-Warranty Claims: Issues that manifest after the 90-day warranty period are not covered, as external factors and regular usage can contribute to parts deterioration.
     

Exclusions

  • Non-Installation Related Failures: If a malfunction is deemed unrelated to our installation services, it will not be covered by our warranty. This includes problems due to pre-existing conditions of the vehicle, subsequent alterations, or damage from external factors.

  • Used parts are NEVER covered under any type of warranty

  • Credit Card Disputes: Initiating a credit card dispute will automatically nullify all warranties, rendering them void.

 

Warranty Service Fees

  • Diagnostic Fees: If you make a warranty claim and upon inspection, our technicians determine the issue stems from a different cause not related to our installation, a diagnostic fee may apply. This fee compensates for the technician's time and travel based on your location within our service area.

  • Transparency in Charges: We will provide a full explanation of any charges before proceeding, ensuring you have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.

 

Procedure for Making a Warranty Claim

  1. Initiate Your Claim: Click on the button labeled "File Warranty Claim" located on our warranty page.

  2. Complete the Claim Form: Fill out the warranty claim form in detail, providing all necessary information regarding the issue and your contact details. Be sure to include specifics about the service you received and the nature of the installation problem.

  3. Submission and Review: Submit the completed form and book your warranty service.

Inspection and Resolution: We will assess the issue. If the problem is confirmed to be due to our installation, we will correct it promptly and effectively at no further cost to you.

​Any attempt by another mechanic or unauthorized individual to diagnose or repair an issue covered under warranty will result in the immediate cancellation of all warranty protections.

Warranty coverage is only valid when serviced directly by our authorized technicians.
